ALL ABOUT STUDENTS -

Jackie Wilson - Congratulations to Jackie Wilson for taking first place in the Voice of Democracy essay contest for the James Coleman Post of the Veterans of Foreign Wars in Richmond.  Jackie was required to write and provide a voice recording of a 3-5 minute essay.  He chose to write about why veterans are important to our nation.  His essay will now be forwarded on to the district level.  If his essay goes all the way to the national level, he will be able to read his speech to the President of the United States.  Good Luck Jackie!

Brendon Jacques  - Brandon, a sophomore, got his article published in The Voice for today's edition.  Here's the article: http://www.voicenews.com/articles/2014/12/10/life/doc5481dbfec755f792885275.txt
